Terms and Conditions

Triple Occupancy

• ■   10 % discount is given for the third person in triple occupancy room.
• ■   Triple will be one DBL room with extra folding or rollaway bed.

Child Policy

• ■   Age 02 – 10 years sharing bed and room with 02 adults, get 50 % discount from package rates.
• ■   Age 02 – 10 years with extra bed sharing room with 02 adults, get 10 % discount from package rates.

Airfares and Departure taxes

■  Airfare / Operating Days / Hours are subject to change with or without prior notice.
■  Any increase of airfares will be charged to the client.
■  Any change of carrier with increase of the airfare will be charged to the client.
■  Airport and Departure taxes are subject to change with or without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• ■   Any cancellation inside program : US$ 25,- for sharing made overhead expenses.

 
Additional :

• ■   Cancellation made 15 days before arrival : 50%.
• ■   Cancellations made 08 days before arrival : 75 %.
• ■   Cancellations 01 before arrival or no show : 90 %.

Payment Policy

■   Deposit must be paid 90 days before arrival : 25%
■   Full Payment must be made 15 days before arrival.
■   Bank draft is not accepted.

General Terms

• ■   The entire program will be operated by INDONESIA INCOGNITA (INDONITA)
• Indonesia Incognita keeps the right to subcontract agents and only act as a mediator between the client and those local agents, and will not take any responsibility relating to failure or others of those contracted agents.
• ■   Indonesia Incognita has a limited liability insurance coverage..
• ■   Liability: although no effort will be spared to provide the requested services, INDONESIA INCOGNITA acts only and solely as an mediator for local agents, transportation companies, hotels, carrier operators and all other contractors and will be therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage accidents, change of schedules or other irregularities of force major. Caused or arising from circumstances beyond our control. Indonesia Incognita reserves the right to change the itinerary with prior notice, if found in the best interest of all concerned.
